Higher Definition Video Tutorials Now Up
I have finally found the time to put up a set of better quality video tutorials for the three tutorials published so far. Yay!!!
The content is the same as the ones you will find in the main blog posts but they are now available in 800 x 600 as Quicktime movie files.
Wherever you see the button above it will take you through to the member’s video area (or through to the login / register page if you are not logged in).
As I have been learning how to publish these screen videos the quality has improved, so the first couple of videos are still not as crisp as I would like, but from then on things should be fine.
You will need to be a registered user of the site to access these videos. Registration is completely free and after the initial email verification you’ll only hear from me sporadically as I decide to do a newsletter (one a month tops, if that, it is not exactly going to be a deluge of emails given that I have yet to even write one, but I thought I’d mention it just in case I got a rush of blood to the brain and wrote one
.
Your details are not going to be passed on to anyone, not even your mother, and especially not mine, and even your dog is going to have to look elsewhere if he’s a spammer (that’s a sort of mixed breed of spaniel I think
.
If you have any problems registering or viewing then please let me know and I’ll iron out any bumps as I go (as if I can iron!).

Love your tutorials. So easy to understand and they work! I’ve just tried to register for your members only video tutorials but it keeps coming up with: ERROR: The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly.
Can you tell me what that means?

Hi Corinne
I am really pleased you find my tutorials easy to understand
That is definitely what I am going for and it seems to be working
I’ll email you regarding the reCAPTCHA

Is there a color guide anywhere on the site?

Hi Ray
What sort of colour guide are you interested in, as I may be able to produce one. Can you please give me a little more detail on what you are after here.
The nearest thing I have to one at the moment is the “What is this thing called RGB?” video I did last year. Check that out if it might be of interest to you.
